The fixing systems (1) of the bases are dimensioned to support 120 kg per pair (one pair for every individual base or tall unit). Furthermore, all suspended elements are provided with unhooking system (2)that avoids the accidental detaching of the furniture, for example following a tug to a drawer or the hard-handed opening of a wall unit.
All mirrors are accident-preventing (3) and avoid that, in case of accidental breaking, the splinters detach, or the broken mirror comes away from the frame hitting the person in front of it with presumable consequences.
The internal shelves (4) , locked on the supports but easily removable for cleaning, are in tempered glass: this offers not only excellent resistance to use, but also significant safety in case of accidental breaking.
The materials used are all rigorously controlled and “made in Italy”. The emissions of formaldehyde are reduced to a minimum and the entire production cycle, from the realisation of the panels, to the painting, to the packaging, have a very low impact on the environment and on man.

water-resistance panels made of wooden parts coming from forests with programmed re-planting. The panels used therefore enjoy the brand FSC® - Pannello Ecologico.

in MDF, meaning panels made of wooden parts that are firstly insulated thanks to a layer of polyurethane paint and, therefore, lacquered with 4 layers of paint, again polyurethane, in mass. This gives not only a significant aesthetical yield to the furniture, but also offers an excellent resistance to wear in time.

the finishing real wood is painted from time to time guaranteeing protection from chemical agents but, most of all, an even shade on the entire composition, avoiding light-dark between the various modules.

the edging of the panels are realised in ABS, 1 mm thick, that guarantees an excellent insulation from water and a strong resistance to temperature changes.
All holes made on the tops to hold the washbasins are insulated with "rubber elastic" which creates an insulating barrier from damp.

All fittings used on our furniture are top quality and finished even in the hidden parts. In addition to this there is also the low aesthetical impact given by the reduced dimensions of the fasenings and by the pleasant finish of the few parts that remain in view.

Every compositions has assembly instructions inside, customised per model.

This avoids accidentally ruining the door and to loose the optimal adjustments set in-house. The hinges are oversized for the weight of the doors to guarantee optimal duration in time. As standard, the doors mount the buffer for the slowed closing (15).

The drawer guides have a capacity of 30 kg, have standard amortised closing, are adjustable and are provided with full extraction (16).

This allows to decentre the base compared to the drain of 10* to 45** cm total, using at best the modular disassembly during the designing of the bathroom furniture.
Furthermore, the washbasin-holder bases are provided with a metal structural frame which, together with the rear back, confer an excellent stiffness to the furniture, avoiding problems of deformation of the structure with consequent difficulty in assembly and use.
In all washbasin-holder bases the space saving siphon is standard: this equipment significantly increases the containing ability of the furniture, in particular the baskets can be used in all their depth and height. Something otherwise impossible with the traditional draining systems.

the insides of the furniture are all in silver (20), both sides and back, and match the colour of the drawers. This avoids unpleasant combinations of various colours to the full advantage of a searched for aesthetic. Inside the furniture there are no unpleasant and useless holes in view (21) : this is because they are realised from time to time upon precise indications of the client.
In compositions with skirting board, the latter is of the same material and finish as the door (22): this searched for solution offers a decisively better aesthetic compared to the more economical plastic skirting boards. The brushed brilliant lacquers give a reflecting effect of the surfaces and eliminate any type of imperfection. The matt lacquers give a pleasant silk effect to the surfaces.
