History

Cerasa was founded in 1983 from a bold and farsighted entrepreneurial vision. Paolo Zarpellon, supported by Giovanni and Enrica, decided to embark on a new adventure in the world of furniture, despite coming from entirely different sectors such as agricultural trade and construction. Without an industrial background but with a clear vision and the determination to build something lasting, he created a company destined to make a mark in the Italian bathroom furniture landscape.

Initially focused on kitchen production, Cerasa soon made a strategic choice: to concentrate all energies on the bathroom, a room in the house that was beginning to evolve from a purely functional space to one to be lived in and decorated with style and personality. The potential of this sector, still largely unexplored, was recognized early on, paving the way for a specialization that would define the company’s identity.

From the very beginning, Cerasa stood out for its ability to anticipate trends and respond to market needs with innovative solutions. Some collections have become true icons of the brand: Maori and Eden, still present in the catalog today, are examples of timeless design. Other models, such as Flut, Slim, and Classic & Modern Tile, have marked important milestones in the development of new aesthetics and functionalities, helping to redefine the very concept of bathroom furniture.
