MARBLES AND AGGLOMERATES

Marbles of sedimentary origin are natural stones and, due to their unique features, they can show variations in colour shades and more or less evident veins always different from one another. Any visible traces of quartz, mica, iron etc. on the surface, or small holes are further proof of the natural origin of the product and cannot be claimed to be defective. Tops are originally treated to increase their resistance to chemical substances, however they are not anti-stain. This treatment has a time limit and must be repeated every 3/6 months by using specific products easily found on the market.

For cleaning purposes, only use alkaline- and alcohol-free products, do not use ammonia, acetone, thinners or any other solvent. Even traces of water, soap, perfume or toothpaste, left on the top, may cause marks or stains and must be promptly removed.
